You can sign up online or directly at one of our pay stations at either location. It is quick, simple, and you can start washing the same day.
When will I be billed for my membership?
Your membership renews monthly on the same day you originally signed up. Billing is automatic, so there is nothing extra to manage.
How often can I wash with an Unlimited Membership?
Members can wash whenever they want, as many times as they like.
What happens if I get a new car or change my license plate?
You can update your vehicle information online through Manage Membership or speak with a manager at either location for assistance.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel online or in person at one of our locations. The process is straightforward.
What happens after I cancel my membership?
Billing stops immediately after cancellation, and you can continue using your membership through the end of your current billing cycle.
What if I am not happy with my wash?
That's where Pappy’s Promise comes in. If you are not happy with your wash, let us know, and we will rewash your vehicle for free at the same wash level.
Are memberships valid at both locations?
Yes. One membership works at both our Royse City and Garland locations for added convenience and flexibility.
